What happened: I have not received my order that was placed nearly two weeks ago and can not get an update online. Where is my package?
What happened: when I called to inquire why I hadn't gotten a return email or call about the **% discount my mother sent in for me to get, the *nd person I talked to was more than rude. I explained that it was not my sisters account (which still has not been fixed since all of her orders show up on my account) but my mother who put in my email after ordering a large purchase. She told me I wasn't following her questions and that you are a small company (hard to understand after donating over * million to non profits) with few workers to help. She was verbally upset and i was told once again that i'd get a response in a couple of days. I hope she is right but felt very down after are conversation and hope you service agents get more training on customer service. I can see having a bad day but she seemed more like an angry person in general. Thank you, Suzie
