"Customer service"
Customer service! Customer service! Treated me very rudely! And I tried to stop an order that I placed day before still hasn't been shipped yet they turned around and said it's been processed! And she repeated it very loudly! Meaning you can't do nothing now I've never been so insulted they were rude and I won't shop there anymore after this. And believe me they will get their stuff back. I'm going to complain to everybody who listen. Few things I ordered the quality has gone downhill extremely well last two cardigans I bought cashmere made in China so insulted by the quality of this stuff.

"Shout out to Victor in customer…"
Shout out to Victor in customer service...I placed an order and a week later it hadn't advanced to being shipped...I called and Victor took care of the issue right then...they upgraded my shipping also...I am a really happy customer right about now...the flannel sheets (which are wonderful, BTW) will be here just in time for cooler weather...thanks again GH...
