"Really fast delivery, really easy"
My order got here faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed fine, no problems at all, and the tracking worked well the whole time. Happy, simple, smooth shipping overall.

"Usually find what I need, but not always heard"
I’ve ordered from Garnet Hill a few times, and I do like that the things I’m looking for are usually in stock. It’s easy enough to check sizes and colors, which makes shopping a lot less frustrating than on some other sites. That said, there have been a couple times where I had a question or needed help and felt kind of ignored, which took away from the overall experience a bit

"Nice quality, but I’m still a little wary"
The fabric does feel really nice, and it held up fine after washing, so I’m happy with it for now. I’ll be honest though, I’ve had enough products not live up to the description lately that I don’t fully trust it yet. So far so good, but I’m waiting to see how it does after a few more wears

"Cute pieces, but the sizing threw me off a little"
I ordered a sweater and a pair of pants from Garnet Hill, and overall I’m in a good mood about it. The quality feels really nice, and the sweater fit just how I expected. The pants, though, were a little roomier in the waist than I was hoping for, which was kind of a mildly annoying surprise. I ended up keeping them because they’re comfy and easy to wear, but next time I’ll definitely spend a little more time reading the reviews before choosing a size.

"Really comfy, sorta obsessed"
I ordered these pajamas from Garnet Hill and they’re so soft. The fit is nice and easy, not tight anywhere, which I love. I’ve already been wearing them way too much, sorta can’t help it.

"Really nice fabrics, definitely worth it"
I’ve ordered maybe a handful of things from Garnet Hill now, and the fabrics are pretty much the reason I keep going back. The cotton feels on the thicker side but still soft, and the linen was way less scratchy than some cheaper linen pieces I’ve tried before.
So far, everything has washed about as well as I hoped, with no obvious shrinking or weird roughness afterward. The prices aren’t exactly bargain-level, but the materials feel solid and like they’ll last a while. I’d give it around 5 stars for sure

"Really helpful customer service"
I had to call about a missing item from my order, and the lady I spoke to was really helpful. She checked everything quickly and got a replacement sent out without making it feel like a big hassle. You just appreciate it when you actually get to deal with a real person who sorts things out.

"Pretty easy to order"
Found what I was looking for quickly and checkout was simple. Had one page load a little slow, but wasn’t a big deal. Got the order confirmation right away. Overall, good experience.
